A. Your flight should arrive and depart from Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG). Please arrive at 3 pm and your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.

Q. Do you have payment plans?
A. Yes we do! After you make your deposits, the remaining balance will be broken into equal monthly installments. The trip must be paid in full by April 4th 2025.
Q. What is the cancelation policy? Will I get a refund if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
A. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellations made 120 days or more before departure receive a full refund (minus deposit)
Cancellations made 90-119 days prior forfeit 50% of payments made towards the trip cost.
Cancellations within 89 days of departure result in a full forfeiture of all payments.
Q. Do I need a passport to visit Colombia?
A. Travelers are required to have a passport. The passport needs to be valid for at least six months before the date of departure.
