Q. Do you have payment plans?
A. Yes! Once you secure your spot with a $100 deposit, the remaining balance will be split into equal installments.
The trip must be paid in full no later than August 15, 2026.
Q. What is the cancellation policy? Will I get a refund if I need to cancel?
A. Deposits are nonrefundable.
- Cancellations made 120 days or more before departure will receive a full refund (minus the deposit)
- Cancellations made 90–119 days prior will forfeit 50% of payments made
- Cancellations made within 89 days of departure will result in a full forfeiture of all payments
Q. Which airport should I fly into?
A. Washington, DC is served by three major airports. You can fly into:
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) (closest to the city)
- Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
- Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI)
Q. Can flights be included in my package?
A. Flights are not included, but we’re happy to assist you with booking or provide guidance on the best options.

A. Yes! Traveling by train is a great option. Amtrak offers convenient routes into Union Station, which is centrally located and easily accessible to the hotel and weekend activities.
Q. Do you offer roommate matching?
A. Yes! We offer roommate matching for guests who choose a shared room option.
Q. If something comes up and I can’t attend, can I get my deposit back?
A. Deposits are nonrefundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
