Q. When should I arrive in Rio de Janerio?
You should arrive at Galeão International Airport at 3pm. Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.
Q. Do you have payment plans?
A. Yes we do! After you make your deposits, the remaining balance will be broken into equal monthly installments. The trip must be paid in full by October 31, 2025.
Q. What is the cancelation policy? Will I get a refund if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
A. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellations made 120 days or more before departure receive a full refund (minus deposit)
Cancellations made 90-119 days prior forfeit 50% of payments made towards the trip cost.
Cancellations within 89 days of departure result in a full forfeiture of all payments.

A. Travelers are required to have a passport and will need 2 pages free. The passport needs to be valid for at least six months before the date of departure.
